NeuEN Green Energy, a joint venture of BPCL and Sembcorp, has secured a contract to supply 10,000 tonnes per annum of green hydrogen to Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. The project, set to begin operations in 2028, will feature a green hydrogen production facility in Assam, integrating renewable energy and advanced storage for refinery decarbonisation.
